Join the Preschool Storytime at Bendigo Library for a special reading of Some Girls and Some Boys, two books by children’s author and comedian Nelly Thomas.
This fun session of story, song, movement and music encourages children to be whatever, whoever and however they want.
Participating families will receive their own copy of the book on the day.
Books shape how children view the world, including ideas about gender and roles. By reading stories that challenge stereotypes and promote respect, parents and carers can help create a future free from violence against women.
