- C4C Playgroups
- Parent-Child Mother Goose
Anyone can make a referral.
There are two ways to make a referral:
1. Complete the relevant participation form on this page, or
2. Contact Baptcare or Shine Bright by phone or e-mail.
Once you have submitted the on-line form you will receive an e-mail advising you that your referral has been received and what happens next. If you do not receive this e-mail, please contact us.
